1. How do your clothes fit?

Our garments are made in Portugal and comply perfectly with European sizing standards. You can consult the size chart for our main models.

2. Why aren't all your clothes made from organic cotton?

Because some special fabrics are not available with this standard. But if you've been following us for any length of time, you'll have noticed that traditional cotton is in the minority at Bask in the Sun - 5% at most. And this figure will continue to fall as we weave more and more of our own materials from organic cotton fibers.

3. How are prices set?

We pay everyone who works with us, from the stylist who designs the garment, to the artist who creates the print, to the suppliers, manufacturers and retailers. Our garments are made in the best workshops in Portugal, using quality materials, dyed without harmful chemicals (with the guarantee of the Oeko-Tex 100 label).

The cost price is inevitably higher, but we don't endanger the lives of workers in faraway factories. That's much better!

4. Do you repair damaged parts?

We choose quality materials and work with garment makers who care about a job well done. We found 0.001% of garments to be faulty! As you know, perfection is impossible, so we're more than satisfied with the results.

But we're all the same: it's our favorite clothes that we wear most often and that end up getting damaged first! As we explained, we have too few faulty items to consider opening our own repair service. We therefore advise you to give them a second life by entrusting them to a workshop near you, or by sending them to Les Réparables.

5. What do I do with my clothes when I stop wearing them?

Don't throw them away! Give them to friends, charities or drop them off at a collection point.

6. Is it better to buy online or in-store?

We've selected some 190 retailers in France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Japan and elsewhere(see list of outlets). Visit them, where you can try on the garments and get advice on choosing the size that suits you best. If there's no store near you, visit our eshop!

7. Do you have a store in the Basque Country?

No, not yet. But soon. Maybe someday.

8. The model I'm looking for is out of stock. Will you be making it again?

To find out, don't hesitate to leave your contact details in the form that appears in the event of a break. You'll be the first to know.

You can also type "Bask in the Sun + model name" into the search engines to find our dealers who carry the model.

9. How do I pay?

In euros, by credit card or with a Paypal account.

10. Which countries do you deliver to?

All over the world! Even in Papua...

11. How much does delivery cost?

This obviously depends on the destination and weight of the parcel, but to give you a rough idea: from €6.5 for France, €12 for Europe and more expensive for the rest of the world!

Our packages are sent by Colissimo in France, SEUR in Spain and DHL in other countries. On request, we can provide you with a tracking number to find out when your package will be delivered.

12. What are the delivery times?

Orders are processed the same day if placed before 4pm (except weekends). They are delivered 3 to 5 days later for France.

13. I'm not sure of my size or choice. Can I order several models to try on?

You're free to do so, but to tell the truth it's contradictory with our eco-commitments. Going back and forth for products just to try them on is bad for your carbon footprint... If you're not sure, buy in-store so you can try the clothes on.

14. What are the return conditions?

Within the legal 14-day period, please return your purchase, specifying your order reference, to :

Indicate whether you would like an exchange (specifying the size), a credit note or a refund.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense (unless the item is defective).

Returned items must be in new condition, correctly folded and stored in their original, undamaged packaging. They must be accompanied by any accessories and the label attached to the product. If this is not the case, the refund may be subject to a discount.

Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.

15. How long does it take to get my money back?

Refunds are made within 2 weeks of receipt of the returned package.

2. Why aren't all our clothes made with organic cotton?

Because some special fabrics are not available with this standard. But if you have been following us for a long time, you may have noticed that traditional cotton is a minority at Bask in the sun, 20 to 25%, not more. And this number will continue to decrease because we made our own fabrics with certified organic cotton more and more.

3. How do we fix prices?

At the fairest, remunerating every person working with us: from the designer who designs the clothes to the artist who draws the print, including our suppliers, manufacturers and resellers. Our clothes are made in the best manufactures in Portugal, with high quality fabrics, dyed without harmful chemicals (guaranteed by the Oeko-Tex 100 standard).

The cost is of course more expensive, but we do not put our workers' lives in danger in far manufactures. And it is way better!

We have selected nealry 150 resellers in France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and in Japan (see list of points of sale). Go see them, you will be able to try the clothes and get pieces of advice to choose the size that best fits you. If there is no shop nearby, meet us on our eshop!

7. Is there a flagship sotre in the bask country?

Not for the moment. Soon. Maybe one day...

8. The model I am looking for is out of stock. Are you going to produce it again?

To find out, do not hesitate to leave your contact details in the form that appears when the product is sold out. We will send you a message when the product will be available.

But do not hesitate to type " Bask in the sun + style name " in search engines to check the eshops of our resellers.

9. How to pay?

11. How much does the delivery cost?

13. I am not sure about the size nor about my choice. May I order several models to try?

You are free to do so but it is a bit in contradiction with our ecological engagements. The round trips just to try the clothes are very bad for our carbon footprint... If you are not sure, go buy in shops, where you can try the clothes before buying.
