A contemporary maritime wardrobe

"To bask in the sun" is an English expression that can be translated as "to bask in the sun". An ideal double entendre to affirm our geographical origins and our lifestyle by the Atlantic Ocean.

Bask in the Sun is a powerfully iodized men's wardrobe inspired by both the heritage of marine clothing and urban fashion. We develop original designs with clean, functional lines. From our base in the Basque country, we cultivate our differences and assert the brand's unique character season after season.

From the outset, for each of our collections, we have insisted on the priority use of organic, natural and recycled materials to minimize our impact on the environment.

As opposed to fast fashion, Bask in The Sun is committed to short circuits and quality. We produce all our collections 800 km from the Basque Country, in small coastal workshops with recognized expertise in northern Portugal. We visit these workshops several times a year to select the finest materials and check the entire production chain. The assurance of free, European and sustainable fashion!

Bask in the Sun also functions as a textile gallery, inviting a dozen international artists each season to express themselves on our jackets, T-shirts and sweatshirts to create an original cabinet of curiosities. For over 10 years, we have been fortunate to collaborate with leading photographers, contemporary artists and designers, including Americans Kyler Martz and James Coffman, Australian Easty Beasty, Chilean Daniela Garreton and English Nancy Fouts.
